En esta ocasión no tuve  oportunidad de ir al mun debido a que estaba cumpliendo con mi capacitación para entrar a trabajar a la empresa de campamentos Peña Grande como consejera  para apoyar a mi mamá con los gastos. Sin embargo, sí realicé la preparación para el debate con mi position paper y con sesiones en clase para aprender a debatir correctamente creando argumentos y sustentándolos.

Como parte de esta reflexión puedo decir que si hubiera estado, como Alemania hubiera desarrollado un papel fundamental en el debate pues su Institución criminal es muy influyente e importante en el mundo, por lo que hubiera propuesto soluciones de acuerdo a sus leyes establecidas. De igual forma hubiera utilizado la modulación de mi voz para dar énfasis a ciertas palabras para provocar mayor efecto en las mismas y generar un mayor nivel de convencimiento dentro del mismo debate, atacando al enemigo además con argumentos sustentados en importantes fuentes de información confiables, puesto que las que son del estilo de Wikipedia no sustentan nada formal.

Con esta actividad desarrollé los perfiles de la comunidad del ib de indagadores al buscar información en fuentes confiables sobre la BND en Alemania y sobre las otras agencias en otros países, teniendo de esta forma una mentalidad abierta y siendo audaz al enfrentarme a un tema completamente nuevo para mí; reflexiva al profundizar en qué soluciones podía proponer; hubiera sido pensadora al buscar formas estratégicas para expresar mi punto de una manera convincente basada en mi perfil de informada e instruida al ya haber conocido de lo que iba a hablar a partir de mi investigación; solidaria al trabajar en equipo con los países que tuvieran propuestas similares a las mías.

The federal intelligence service from the Federal Republic of Germany  recognizes the chair, salutes all the present delegates and it is honored to be in this committee discussing such world pressing topic.

In 2018 to date, there have been 25 counter terrorism prosecutions, which 20 of these have had some element of the internet or technology involved. Curiously, 20% of the cases to do with internet-related terrorism prosecutions involved someone young. Also, 60% of internet-related terrorism cases were by Islamist, while the 40% had to do with the Far Right, including hatred against black, Jewish people, and Muslims. (Malik, N. 2018).

PROPOSALS

-As a consequence extremists are searching for new ways to damage, including the use of chemical weapons the BND suggests the world needs stronger laws referring to this weapons and to prohibit the tests with this because of the effect they would have in the global warming.

-Technology is increasing as times goes by, and so this is an opportunity to take advantages including the use of drones to get to the affected communities to have a higher percentage of control.  

-The increase of security talking about borders procedures,  tourism.

-It is necessary to revise the EU’s export policy and especially ban the arms export to countries with links to international terrorist groups. Also, the proposal includes a supervisory body to monitor the implementation of the export criteria by Member States.
